Package Contents:
1 Box Holographic Laser nail glitter powder

Instructions::
1.Apply base color (optional).
2.Apply a layer of special top gel, or other gel top coat (non-wipe recommended but not required), and cure under uv lamp.
3.Use a sponge tipped eyeshadow applicator, or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface, and rub gently till you are satisfied with the effect.
4.Seal with gel top coat, and cure under uv lamp.

Friendly Tip:
It is better to be used with No Wipe Gel Top Coat (recommended but not required)
